Assistant Solicitor | Wills, Probate & Estate Planning LawNatalie commenced her training with Elliott Duffy Garrett in 2018 and joined the Private Client department as a newly qualified solicitor in 2020.
Natalie advises private clients on matters including drafting wills, succession planning, administration of estates, enduring powers of attorney, trusts, Office of Care and Protection Applications in the High Court for both Enduring Power of Attorney registration and Controllership applications and trust matters. Natalie has experience in the administration of estates for high net worth individuals.
Natalie also assists with the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and arranges fundraising events for our Charity of the Year.
