Our People

Jill is an Assistant Solicitor in the Property Department of EDG. Jill graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2017. She then continued her academic studies at Queen’s University Belfast, where she successfully completed an LLM In Criminal Justice and Criminology, achieving a Commendation in 2018. She completed the Institute of Professional Legal Studies Belfast in 2021 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2022. Jill practised in a busy local firm until taking up her position at Elliott Duffy Garrett in 2022.

Jill specialises in all matters of Residential Conveyancing, including Sales, Purchases, Land Transfers and New Build Developments together with Commercial Property Sales and Purchases, Licence Agreements and Commercial Leases.
