Cathy advises on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and group reorganisations. She also advises on general commercial matters including shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements, IP and IT contracts, charity law compliance and corporate governance.

Cathy is experienced in a wide range of banking and finance matters and acts on behalf of banks, borrowers and financial institutions.
