Aine has experience in assisting with corporate and commercial transactions, advising on the sale and acquisition of companies, corporate restructure, share sales and buy-backs, term & conditions and corporate governance acting on behalf of multi-national corporations, family owned businesses and public sector bodies. Aine also advises on charity law compliance and general commercial matters including review of service level and investor agreements, partnership and shareholder agreements.  In addition to this, Aine has experience in banking and security work acting on behalf of a range of commercial lenders.
