The grey skies made the pink t-shirts worn by Claire Martin, Caoimhe Lennon, John McElrone, Freddy Reilly and Ian McFarland all the brighter. Despite the slight extended route, the team were able to break the firm’s Marathon Relay record, completing the distance in 3 hours 31 minutes and 33 seconds, which placed them 101th in the Relay results.
More importantly, at the time of posting in excess of £600.00 had been raised for Pretty ‘N’ Pink, with donations still being received.
