Leo is a Partner in the Commercial Property Department of Elliott Duffy Garrett. Having obtained a Bachelor of Laws of Professional Legal Studies, both from Queen’s University, Belfast, he was admitted as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland in 1991.

Leo advises on all aspects of Property Law, specialising in acquisition and development.  Leo also specialises in property related insolvency matters and has long provided relevant advice in this context to secured lenders.  Leo also advises on planning and environmental matters affecting commercial property.   Leo regularly provides advice to Housing Association clients in relation to significant acquisitions and developments.
