Partner | Commercial Property LawPierre qualified as a solicitor in England working for a City of London Law Firm, Lawrence Graham, and joined Elliott Duffy Garrett in 1996. He has extensive experience in all areas of commercial property to include acting for a wide range of clients including institutional investors, major retailers, funders, housing associations, shipping and transport, hotels and brewing and distillery operators in respect of shopping centres, retail parks, office buildings, industrial estates, investment properties, hotels, restaurants, and commercial and mixed use premises.
Pierre advises on all aspects of Commercial Property law to include the sale/grant and acquisition of freehold/leasehold interests; new developments and tenants/purchasers to include asset management, dealing with development agreements and construction documentation; and property aspects of share sale transactions.
